SHIPPING OF FIREARMS AND OTHER CONTROLLED GOODS
CCM operates in compliance within federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories.
By purchasing any item from CCM Firearms Co, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from CCM Firearms Co. complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.
- The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.
- The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless CCM Firearms Co. and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from CCM Firearms Co.
Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.
Purchases made of items prohibited in your location will result in a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at countrycustommetals@gmail.com to schedule a return.
Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error will be subject to a partial refund or stocking fee at our discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, processing times vary based on your credit card and processor.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at countrycustommetals@gmail.com
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless there was an issue with the item or it was damaged due to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
